Debbie is Megan’s mother.  She spent 35 years as a health and physical education teacher at Reed-Custer High School in Braidwood, IL.  As a dedicated teacher, Deb cared about the academic growth of her students, but most important to her was making sure that their social emotional needs were met.  In an effort to even better serve her students, she obtained a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Illinois State University.  Although she loved her students, nothing was more important to her than her two daughters, Mackenzie and Megan.
