Mackenzie is Megan’s sister.  She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and recently graduated from the same university with a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders.  She is currently employed at CI Pediatric Therapy Centers in Verona, WI as a Speech Pathologist.  She is engaged to be married to her fiance, Nick Hayden in November, 2024.  Mackenzie and Megan were not only sisters; they were also best friends and the primary source of emotional support for one another.  Although she misses her sister terribly, Mackenzie is honored to continue pursuing Megan’s dream of ending childhood cancer through advocacy and research.
